1. Is this a normal TC or is it different to others?
It's going to
be different I think, it will contain action, but it will also require
more stealth tactics...
2. How many people are working on the TC?
Rik (Mapper) -
Paul (Con-hacker/Webmaster/Level-editor) - MORD (Weapon modeler and
SFX-artist) - Rick Randy (Enemy Graphics) - Leon (Midi Composer)
3. Has money been put in production?
No, no money has been put into this except for the
programs we need...
4. How long has this TC been under production?
Well, we started on the 31st of December 1998, and
after a while we went into a deep sleep for about 7 months. Then we
got accepted to Dukeworld a couple of months ago and now we're back
alive!
5. How many levels will this TC have?
We're planning
to do 6 levels for the 1st Episode and 11 levels for the 2nd and 3rd
Episode and also some DM levels for the 4th episode. So I think around
the 30-35 new maps
6. How many new weapons and items are planned?
We're planning to change all weapons except for the
Devastator, cause we don't think it really fits the TC. And we're
planning to add some cool new items too, but I can't reveal them yet
:-)
7. Did you find it hard to get good people to help you
with this TC?
Well, in the
beginning it was pretty hard to find new people, cause we weren't very
populair. But when we came to Dukeworld, we got a lot of
beta-applications which we didn't need at that point. And some
mapping-offers, only we've decided to make the SP maps ourselves with
the persons we have right now
8. When should it be released?
The date of releasing the TC is now planned at the end
of may 2000, so keep your fingers crossed...
9. You started about a year ago when Duke Nukem 3D was
huge, although the game is already a legend, don't you think you are
going to release your tc too late...since Duke 4 Ever is on it's
way..?
Well, I think Duke Nukem 3d will never die and as long
as you make your TC interesting for the public it won't be pushed away
by Duke4ever
10. Do you have any other comments?
Yeah, I don't like the fact I still don't have OpFor
:-(
